This new facility includes 12 plots planted with vegetables, medicinal plants, aromatic plants, flowers and foliage, timber trees and fruit trees. There is also a livestock farm - “La Granja”, with its sheep, goats, hens and rabbits and “El Trapiche”, the sugar mill where you will learn about the traditional process to make cane juice and “tapa dulce” (raw sugar loaf). In these areas you will find information about the different domestic uses that humans have given to biodiversity.
